IRA has selected a focus group of sessions to be part of their new mini-course series at the annual conference. Freddy will be a part of a preconvention that is the anchor for one of those courses. The presenters at this session (IN168325) are contributors to an edited volume with the same title that IRA will be publishing soon after the annual conference, Revisiting Silent Reading: New Directions for Teachers, Administrators, and Researchers.
Freddy is the facilitator of the preconvention and will also be presenting, with Kathie Bach, a session entitled: Supporting struggling, adolescent readers in digital contexts.
