    With the implementation of the Common Core has come a welcomed emphasis on comprehension.  In addition to focusing our attention on close reading and deep understanding, the CCSS has focused our attention on the role of text complexity in comprehension.  In this webinar, Dr. Valencia presents an an expanded  way of considering the relationship between comprehension and text complexity by examining text-task scenarios.
